Troy Wiese, Sales Manager and Chief Designer
Troy has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience. As the Sales Manager and Chief Designer of Avenue Catering Concepts, a division of Saratoga Events, Troy is responsible for corporate event sales ranging from non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his sales responsibilities, Troy leads the floral and design team of Saratoga Events.
Troy grew up in the hospitality business working in his family’s restaurants in Kentucky. Troy started his own interior design firm in 1997 in Atlanta and was successful with a client base in both commercial and residential. Troy moved to Chicago in 2000 and was the Director of Event Planning for Michael Jordan’s Jump Higher Company. Troy planned large corporate functions at Jordan’s fine dining establishments in Chicago. Jump Higher Company also had an exclusive relationship with W Hotel Lakeshore where Troy led event planning and sales. Troy was instrumental in making the W Hotel Lakeshore one of the key event facilities in Chicago. In 2002, Troy returned to Atlanta to embark on a successful real estate career for 9 years. Troy was a member of the Million Dollar Club and led his office in sales for three years.
Troy holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a Business minor from the University of Kentucky.
