Our ability to plan through complicated logistical challenges, coordinate dozens of moving parts and create successful events for larger functions (500 and more important guests) are key elements Clients consider when we are hired for larger functions.
We have oversized refrigerated trucks and the ability to create a portable field kitchen at a remote location. Our equipment is constantly being updated with the latest state of the art equipment. We have oversized warming boxes, portable convection ovens, portable Alta Shams, and portable refrigeration. We firmly believe that great Avenue Cuisine food should be supported by highly trained staff and top of the line equipment.
Our logistical team of operations professionals and our customized client software are also part of why Avenue is better for larger events. We create detailed floor plans with and perform multiple site evaluations to ensure the smooth success of the event.
We have an extensive portfolio for events with over 750-people and know how to build successful large events from the ground up. We can customize a menu for larger events, which may include a unique cocktail reception or spectacular seated dinner.
